Do you offer refunds?
Audit and teardown deliverables are non-refundable once delivered, since the work is complete. If you have concerns about the quality of the output, reach out directly and we'll make it right.
What currency is pricing in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes for Canadian clients. International clients are invoiced in CAD — your payment provider handles the currency conversion.
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent via email and can be paid by credit card or e-transfer. Custom projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins.
Do you offer ongoing retainers?
Yes. For companies that want a dedicated CRO partner — ongoing audits, test cycles, and strategic support — we offer monthly retainer arrangements. Contact us to discuss scope and pricing.
